Job Description
We’re on the lookout for a creative and driven Social Media Officer who can not only manage platforms but also create compelling content that connects with our audience. This is an on-site evening shift opportunity for individuals with a strong passion for social media, trends, and digital storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok etc.)
- Write clear, concise, and on-brand captions, posts, and content pieces tailored to each platform
- Monitor audience engagement and adjust strategies to improve reach and performance
- Stay updated on the latest trends and apply them to content and campaigns
- Manage community engagement: respond to comments, DMs, and customer queries
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and promotions
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of proven experience in social media management and content creation
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging, original copy
- Proficiency in tools like Canva,Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of current social media trends and platform algorithms
- Ability to meet deadlines, multitask, and work independently
