Key Responsibilities
Create and execute data-driven social media strategies aligned with business and marketing goals
Develop monthly content calendars including reels, short-form videos, carousels, static posts, and stories

Analyze social media performance using Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, and third-party tools
Monitor KPIs: reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR, and conversions

Support community management and inbox handling strategy
Assist in paid social media campaign planning (Meta Ads & TikTok Ads)
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing Strategy
Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn algorithms
Experience managing multiple brands or agency accounts
Hands-on experience with content strategy, social media planning, and analytics
Understanding of branding, storytelling, and audience targeting
Excellent communication, planning, and reporting skills
Preferred (Bonus Skills)
Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and performance marketing
Influencer marketing & UGC strategy knowledge
Agency background or experience handling international clients
Basic SEO and digital funnel understanding
