Essentia Technologies is looking for Software Engineer
1- Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
2- Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
3- Investigates problem areas.
4- Analyze customer needs (RFQs) and develop replies (SOWs); negotiate with customers.
5- Communicate overall design and approach to a team of programmers.
6- Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts.
7- Review requirement and design changes, determine what parts of software are affected.
8- Develop test scenarios and test cases; review results of test cases and make adjustments, as needed, to meet requirements.
9- Document all aspects of software, for ongoing maintenance and revisions.
