Key Responsibilities:
• Develop simulation software to analyze glass panel production with parameters like furnace heat, size, thickness, shape (square/rectangle), and cooling profile.
• Implement finite element analysis (FEA) to optimize the glass cooling process and final product shape.
• Collaborate closely with engineers and researchers to adjust and fine-tune simulation parameters based on real-life testing.
• Ensure the software is scalable and adaptable to new production requirements.
• Integrate the simulation tool with manufacturing workflows by working alongside production teams.
Must-Have Qualifications:
• Strong experience in software development for industrial applications.
• Solid understanding of thermodynamics and finite element analysis (FEA).
• Experience in the glass industry, facade engineering, or solar panel manufacturing.
• Proficiency in programming languages used for simulation modeling (Python, MATLAB, C++, or similar).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good-to-Have Qualifications:
• Prior experience with glass manufacturing simulations and cooling profile optimization.
• Knowledge of the mechanical properties of window glass and thermal stress analysis.
• Background in solar panel or energy-efficient facade technology.
