💼 About the Role
As a Software Engineer - Quality Assurance, you will play a key role in driving and managing QA processes across multiple high-impact products. This is a hands-on position that requires analytical thinking, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to ensure top-notch product quality and performance.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities
Manage quality assurance for assigned projects and products.
Develop, test, and maintain automated scripts using best practices and reusable components.
Create and execute comprehensive Test Plans and Test Cases based on requirements.
Perform root cause analysis for failures and ensure timely issue resolution.
Collaborate with Business, QA, and Development teams to maintain product quality.
Work in Agile/Scrum environments with rigorous release schedules.
🎓 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or IT (MS preferred).
3 years of overall experience, with 2 years in Software QA.
Experience working with teams of 5–10 professionals.
Expertise in automation frameworks.
Proficiency in JIRA, DevOps methodologies, and Agile/Scrum practices.
Excellent communication skills (English - written and verbal).
Self-driven with a “roll-up-your-sleeves” work ethic.
