Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Knowledge of basic IT infrastructure and system operations (network, server, cloud)
- Basic knowledge of RPA tools
- Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Proficiency in VB, .Net, and C#
- Understanding of PCIDSS Basics
- Experience with web scraping and other web applications
- ITIL Foundation (IT Service Management) equivalent

- Security Certifications
- Business-level English (for meetings and documentation)
- Strong cross-cultural communication and team-building skills

Preferred (Additional) Qualifications:
- Knowledge of mission-critical systems like IBM i (AS/400)
- Familiarity with Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices
- Experience with Generative AI technologies
- Proficiency in DevOps and CI/CD operations
- PMP (Project Management) certification or equivalent
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Certification equivalent to the Japanese Information Processing Engineer Examination
- Experience in team building and development

- Experience working for a Japanese company or Japanese-affiliated project
