Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented WordPress Project Manager with a strong background in Websites and WordPress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Assist in the development of project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordination and Communication: Coordinate tasks and resources across team members to ensure the successful achievement of project objectives. Maintain effective communication, manage client meetings, and collaborate seamlessly with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting minutes, progress reports, and change requests.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues, escalating them to senior management as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, CS, Project Management, IT or related field.
- Minimum 6 months to maximum 1 year of experience in project management or a related role in a service-based company.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Click up, Trello, Asana).
