Job Description
We at KhudiVentures are looking for an experienced Software QA Engineer responsible for creating and implementing a strategy for quality coordination and testing as well as suggesting solutions to identified quality problems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Build, Test, and Regress on various mobile platforms
- Following and maintaining existing test plans and test cases
- Clearly explaining, both verbally and in writing, the results of various tests that you conduct
- Attending meetings to report progress and critical issues
- Test current products and identify deficiencies
- Monitor debugging process results
- Suggest solutions to identified software problems
- Investigate product quality in order to make improvements to achieve better customer satisfaction
- Plan, create and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure consistent project execution
- Identify quality assurance process bottleneck and suggest actions for improvement
- Identify key KPI’s for product quality
- Prepare and present reports and metrics to the Senior Management
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in testing mobile (iOS, Android, PWA) and web applications
- Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting languages
- Knowledge of various debugging tools including but not limited to: Charles Web Proxy, xCode, ADB
- A demonstrated expertise in black/white box testing
- Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile Methodologies
- Experience with bug tracking systems i.e Jira
- Should have experience in API testing.
- Experience in Automation testing tools i.e Selenium will be plus
- Experience of performance testing using Jmeter will be plus
