In this role, you will implement and maintain CMS documents on a leading Customer Communications Management (CCM) platform. You’ll collaborate closely with US-based teams to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance of client deliverables
What You’ll Bring
✅ Project Management, Requirement Analysis & Client Interaction skills
✅ Proficiency in QA / Testing
✅ Knowledge of any programming language (desirable but not mandatory)
✅ Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality delivery
Qualifications
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with a minimum CGPA of 3.0+
