Job Description
WorkTech is looking for a qualified and enthusiastic SQA Engineer to join their team.
Responsibilities
- Identify, analyze, and document problems with program function, output, online screen, or content.
- Develop testing programs that address areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, regression testing, negative testing, error or bug retests, or usability.
- Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
- Conduct software compatibility tests with programs, hardware, operating systems, or network environments.
- Test system modifications to prepare for implementation.
- Review software documentation to ensure technical accuracy, compliance, or completeness, or to mitigate risks.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality.
- Collaborate with developers or customers to evaluate or diagnose problems and recommend possible solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related subject
- At least 1-2 years of solid experience within Software testing
- Strong knowledge of Software QA methodologies, testing types, tools, and processes
- Strong grip on JavaScript, JAVA, or any related programming language
- Hands-on experience in git command line
- Experience with Rest Assured Framework and API testing
- Great at problem solving, inductive reasoning and communication
- Attention to detail
