We are looking for a detail-oriented 𝗦𝗼𝗳𝘁𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 (𝗦𝗤𝗔) 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 with practical experience in manual and automation testing. The ideal candidate should have experience testing web/mobile applications, management platforms, HR systems, dashboards, and workflow-based applications.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
• Perform manual and automated testing of software applications.
• Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test plans.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.
• Identify, document, track, and verify software bugs.
• Test HR management systems, dashboards, and business workflows.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and improve software quality.
• Maintain testing documentation and prepare reports before releases.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of relevant SQA experience.
• Practical knowledge of manual and automation testing.
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and software testing methodologies.
• Familiarity with automation testing and bug-tracking tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
