✅ Acquire USA-based clients in software development, cloud solutions, AI, DevOps, mobile apps, and UX/UI outsourcing.
✅ Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold emails, and direct sales calls.
✅ Build & maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and IT decision-makers.
✅ Develop and present persuasive business proposals.
✅ Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
✔ 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience in IT outsourcing (USA market).
✔ Excellent English communication, negotiation & closing skills.
✔ Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools & email automation.
✔ Strategic mindset, self-motivated & results-oriented.
✔ Ability to work USA time zones (Night Shift).
