βœ” Qualify opportunities using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
βœ” Position Arpatech’s software development, AI automation, cloud, and cybersecurity services.
βœ” Manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to contract signing.
βœ” Collaborate with presales teams on technical discussions and solution design.
βœ” Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in the CRM.
βœ” Work US & EU business hours and represent the company with professionalism.

πŸ”Ή What We’re Looking For
βœ… 5–7 years of B2B sales experience with US and European clients.
βœ… Strong background in IT services, software services, or consulting sales.
βœ… Excellent spoken English with executive-level communication skills.
βœ… Ability to run structured discovery and value-based sales conversations.
βœ… Experience selling to SMB, mid-market, and enterprise customers.
βœ… High professionalism, ownership, and accountability.
βœ… Skilled in handling objections, pricing, and negotiations.
βœ… Confident in leading client-facing calls without heavy scripts.
