πΉ Key Responsibilities
β Lead discovery calls with US and EU prospects and key decision-makers.
β Qualify opportunities using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline).
β Position Arpatech’s software development, AI automation, cloud, and cybersecurity services.
β Manage the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to contract signing.
β Collaborate with presales teams on technical discussions and solution design.
β Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting in the CRM.
β Work US & EU business hours and represent the company with professionalism.
πΉ What We’re Looking For
β
5–7 years of B2B sales experience with US and European clients.
β
Strong background in IT services, software services, or consulting sales.
β
Excellent spoken English with executive-level communication skills.
β
Ability to run structured discovery and value-based sales conversations.
β
Experience selling to SMB, mid-market, and enterprise customers.
β
High professionalism, ownership, and accountability.
β
Skilled in handling objections, pricing, and negotiations.
β
Confident in leading client-facing calls without heavy scripts.
