We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our growing engineering team. This is a leadership role for someone passionate about building scalable products, architecting modern systems, and mentoring engineers in a fast-paced environment.
You will play a key role in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications using NestJS, Node.js, and Next.js, while contributing to technical strategy, architecture decisions, and engineering excellence.

🔥 What You’ll Be Doing
Architect and build scalable full-stack applications
Develop robust backend services using NestJS, Node.js, and TypeScript
Build high-performance frontend applications using Next.js and React
Design secure, scalable REST APIs and microservices
Work with event-driven architectures and messaging systems
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments
Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering best practices
Mentor junior and mid-level developers
Participate in technical planning and system design discussions

Backend
Strong expertise in Node.js, Express.js, and NestJS
Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
Experience designing scalable backend architectures
Frontend
Expert-level knowledge of React.js and Next.js
Experience with SSR/SSG architecture
State management using Redux
Familiarity with Vue.js is a plus
