We are seeking a highly skilled & experienced Senior React.js Developer to join our team. As a Senior React.js Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of complex web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and mentoring junior developers. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in front-end development, particularly with React.js, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Lead the design and implementation of robust and scalable web applications using React.js.
· Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and translate them into technical specification.
· Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and coding standards.
· Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
· Optimize application performance and ensure responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in front-end development and share knowledge with the team.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
· Minimum 2 years of experience.
· Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
· Experience with state management libraries such as Redux or MobX.
· Knowledge of modern web development tools and workflows (e.g., Webpack, Babel, npm)
· Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
· Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
