Quickers Venture is seeking a SR. Social Media Executive who is data-driven, analytical, and results-focused to execute and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta and other platforms and organic growth.
✅ Requirements:
Must have Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or a relevant field
Minimum 3 years of experience running paid ads (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, etc.)
Proficiency in media buying strategy, A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget optimization
Strong grip on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools
Experience managing ad campaigns for multiple brands in a software house or agency setup
Ability to analyse performance metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS) and scale campaigns
Skilled in organic growth strategies and community building
Excellent English communication skills
Strong collaboration with design/video teams to request and guide creatives
Must meet daily performance KPIs and deliver ROI-focused results
