▸ Deploy Slack & WhatsApp Business API with automation workflows
▸ Administer Google Workspace — users, drives & access controls
▸ Enforce MDM policies, data security & access control hierarchy
▸ Monitor audit logs & respond to security incidents
▸ IT helpdesk support + Day 1 onboarding/offboarding
