Arthur Lawrence Pakistan is looking for a System & Network Engineer for its Islamabad's Office located in DHA Phase-1.
Shift: Mon - Fri (6:00 pm - 3:00 am)
Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to internal users for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, server, and application issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain a helpdesk ticketing system, track incidents, and ensure issues are resolved within defined SLAs.
- Assist in software installation, updates, and configuration across user systems.
- Assist in Active Directory / Entra ID management, user provisioning, permissions, and role-based access control (RBAC).
- Apply security patches, OS updates, and software upgrades to maintain system integrity.
- Monitor network performance, firewall status, and server health to ensure uptime and reliability.
- Assist in network configuration and troubleshooting, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Maintain hardware and software inventories, ensuring all IT assets are tracked and updated.
- Support deployment and maintenance of communication systems such as VOIP, SMS etc.
- Support IT projects, including hardware and software deployment, migrations, and upgrades.
- Assist in SharePoint site administration, cloud service deployments, and infrastructure enhancements.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth implementation of technology solutions.
