Key Responsibilities:
Infrastructure & Network Management
Manage servers, networking hardware, and storage systems.
Design and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and related components.
Monitor and optimize system and network performance.
Cloud & AWS Administration
Oversee AWS services: EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, Auto Scaling.
Ensure cloud security, cost optimization, and availability.
Microsoft 365 & OneDrive Management
Administer Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune.
Handle licensing, user provisioning, and secure collaboration.
User Management & IT Support
Manage Active Directory and Azure AD.
Provide Tier 2/3 support and enforce IT policies.
Security & Compliance
Implement antivirus, patch management, encryption, MFA.
Support compliance documentation and audits.
📌 Requirements:
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT/network administration.
Strong skills in AWS, Microsoft 365, networking protocols, AD/Azure AD.
Proficiency in PowerShell and automation scripting.
Preferred certifications: AWS SysOps Admin, Microsoft 365 Certified, CCNA/CCNP.
