Are you passionate about tech support and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Sybrid Pvt Ltd is looking for a System Support Engineer to join our dynamic IT team in Islamabad!
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and related hardware.
- Respond to service desk tickets and resolve IT issues efficiently.
- Monitor system performance to ensure seamless IT infrastructure operations.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software repairs and procurement.
- Maintain system and user documentation, asset records, and support logs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve OS-related issues (Windows/Linux).
- Support communication tools like Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
- Assist in configuring and maintaining network devices (routers, switches).
- Perform routine system updates, data backups, and security checks.
- Contribute to IT projects including system migrations, upgrades, and audits.
🎓 Qualification: BSCS / BSIT
✅ What We're Looking For:
- Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on technical experience.
- Familiarity with both hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of network systems and IT infrastructure basics.
- A proactive team player with strong communication skills.
