System_Administrator (Microsoft 365 & Azure)

We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to manage and support our hybrid cloud infrastructure across Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
🔹 Key Requirements:
✔ 4–6 years experience in System Administration (enterprise/hybrid cloud)
✔ Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure & Entra ID
✔ Experience with MFA, Conditional Access, SSO & Intune (MDM/MAM)
✔ Knowledge of Defender for O365, email security & DLP
✔ Virtualization experience (VMware/Hyper-V)
✔ PowerShell scripting & strong troubleshooting skills
✔ Understanding of networking, backups & IT security best practices
✔ Ability to work in 24/7 operational environments
🎯 Certifications like Microsoft 365 Enterprise Admin / Entra / Security are a plus
