Major Duties:
● Meet and coordinate with technical teams, system end users, business team and business analyst to establish project scope, system goals
● Proven practical experience of creating technical design documents for enterprise software solutions.
● Develop, analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and SQAs to follow.
● Preparation of System functional document (FSD) from requirement specification documents (BRS).
● Writing and preparing the user manuals for a new and existing system by analyzing its different aspects from end users prospective.
● Prepare business proposals including technical and non-technical as per the customer/client requirements, provide presentation of these documents at client side.
● Identification of Function/Non-Functional requirements and to translate them in design documents for an already developed system.
● Experience with Agile methodology, writing user stories, acceptance criteria, managing scrum calls, prioritizing backlog, etc.
● Participate in planning and monitoring of all products sprints and releases including UAT, Demos and training with stakeholders and end-users.
Qualification:
Minimum graduation with BS/BE in CS/SE/CE/EE from a reputable institute.
Experience:
More than 7 years of overall experience with 3 years hands-on experience in IT operations, supervising technology teams, and overseeing large information technology projects. Experience in the IT solution providing sector is a major plus.
