- Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Architect and design robust, scalable, and secure web application to meet business requirements.
- Develop, test, and deploy high-performance applications using the MERN stack.
- Implement and oversee modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes) for seamless AWS deployments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and DevOps engineers, to deliver user-centric solutions.
- Drive technical discussions, lead architectural decision-making, and ensure adherence to software engineering best practices.
- Conduct regular code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure technical debt is minimized.
- Monitor application performance, troubleshoot production issues, and lead root cause analyses to implement timely fixes and optimizations.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends, evaluating their potential to improve the team’s development processes and technical capabilities.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the development team.
QualificationsMust-Have:
- Experience: 5+ years in full-stack development, including 2+ years in a team lead or technical leadership role.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, ensuring delivery of high-quality code and meeting project deadlines.
Technical Expertise:
- MERN Stack: Proficiency in MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudFormation).
- DevOps Practices: Advanced understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), containerization (Docker), and orchestration tools (Kubernetes).
- Frontend Development: Strong expertise in responsive UI design, component-based architecture, and state management libraries (e.g., Redux).
- Backend Development: Deep knowledge of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, authentication mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, JWT), and microservices architecture.
- Version Control: Proficiency in Git workflows, branching strategies, and team collaboration tools (e.g., GitHub, GitLab).
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and debugging skills with a systematic approach to solving complex technical challenges.
- Communication: Strong ability to articulate technical concepts, decisions, and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
