Nextbridge Pvt Ltd immediately requires Technical / IT Recruiters for one of its three offices based in Johar Town, Lahore.
Requirements:
A suitable candidate for this role must be:
- Holding a 4-year Bachelor's degree in Business / IT from an HEC recognized university.
- Having 6 to 8 months' experience in filling 10 to 15 technical/IT positions on monthly basis.
- Having basic concepts of OOP, Databases, Algorithms, Data-structures in order to pre-qualify candidates over phone on technical grounds.
- Possessing excellent English communication and persuasive skills.
