We're Hiring: Technical IT Support Specialist | Onsite | Karachi
𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗰𝘂𝗯𝗲.𝗶𝗼 is growing, and we’re looking for a Technical IT Support Specialist to join our team in Karachi! If you have a knack for troubleshooting, love helping customers, and want to be part of a fast-paced SaaS company, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
🔹 Provide technical support & resolve customer issues efficiently
🔹 Conduct product demos & train clients on using Marketcube.io
🔹 Assist in troubleshooting e-commerce integrations (Shopify, WooCom, Magento, APIs, etc.)
🔹 Work closely with our development team to escalate and resolve issues
🔹 Maintain a knowledge base & improve customer self-service
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years in IT support, SaaS, or e-commerce platforms
- Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
- Experience with Shopify, APIs, or marketplace platforms (a plus!)
- Excellent communication skills (English proficiency required)
- Passion for customer success & technical support
What We Offer:
𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘆: 100,000 – 120,000 PKR per month
