Upgenics International is looking for Technical Project Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Build close liaison with the clients, over the globe, and overseas teams.
- Develop, manage, and execute project plans considering the scope, timeline, risk, deliverables, and resources.
- To ensure projects follow best practices and set rules.
- Using project management-related tools like JIRA to manage the tasks, sprints, and backlogs.
- Manage, monitor, and mentor the team assigned to the project.
- Set team goals, guide the team to perform their best.
- Help management to the next level of process optimization, delivery excellence, and leadership quality.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- BS/MS degree in Computer Sciences.
- 7-9 years experience in the software development industry. (2-5 years’ hands-on experience of coding/development & 1-2 years experience of software project management).
- Excellent English communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams with respect.
- Familiar with common development practices, Service-oriented environments, and Agile practices
- Knowledge about the software development methodologies.
- Knowledge of SCRUM is a plus.
