As a Technical Project Manager at AcclivousByte, you will be responsible for overseeing the client communication, requirements gathering, discovery, execution, and delivery of projects while ensuring that all technical aspects are effectively managed. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
#Responsibilities:
👉🏼 Lead the end-to-end management of projects, including scope definition, resource allocation, scheduling, and client communication.
👉🏼 Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, clarify expectations, and provide technical insights and recommendations.
👉🏼 Develop project plans, timelines, Estimations and budgets, ensuring alignment with client goals and company objectives.
👉🏼 Coordinate with internal teams, including developers, engineers, and designers, to ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
👉🏼 Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
👉🏼 Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders, providing updates on progress, milestones, and any changes to project scope or requirements.
👉🏼 Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes and enhance overall efficiency.
#Qualifications:
👉🏼 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
👉🏼 Proven #experience 4 to 5 years in technical project management, preferably within the tech services industry.
👉🏼 Strong understanding of software development methodologies, technologies, and best practices.
👉🏼 Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.
👉🏼 Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
👉🏼 PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
