Are you a technical leader with a passion for delivering impactful software solutions? We're on the lookout for a Technical Project Manager to join our growing team at Karma Software Solutions.
You’ll lead cross-functional teams to build scalable Fintech and CRM platforms using .NET, Angular, and SQL, while driving excellence in Agile delivery and stakeholder collaboration.
🔍 What You'll Do
Manage full lifecycle of software projects using Agile/Scrum
Lead teams working on .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) and Angular
Oversee database design and performance (SQL Server/PostgreSQL)
Ensure alignment between business goals and technical execution
Promote secure, compliant, and efficient development practices
✅ What We’re Looking For
4+ years of experience in technical project management
Deep expertise in .NET, Angular (v2+), and SQL
Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills
Experience in Fintech, CRM, or SaaS platforms
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello
🎯 Bonus if you have:
PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications
Experience with payment systems, CRM tools, or cloud platforms
