Requirements:
🔹 4–5 years of experience in technical project management

🔹 Hands-on with project tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana
🔹 Excellent leadership, communication & problem-solving skills
🔹 Bachelor's in CS/IT; PMP certification is a plus
