Key Responsibilities:
- Lead enterprise software projects from discovery to deployment.
- Manage Web, Mobile, SaaS, AI, CRM, ERP, and custom software projects.
- Prepare SRS, BRDs, user stories, sprint plans, and documentation.
- Coordinate developers, designers, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
- Lead Agile ceremonies and manage timelines, scope, budgets, and risks.
- Ensure quality deliverables and manage client communication.
- Support technical planning and pre-sales estimations.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years as a Technical Project Manager.
- Experience delivering enterprise software projects.
- Strong understanding of Full Stack Development, SDLC, Agile, and Scrum.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, microservices, cloud platforms, Git, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- PMP/Scrum Master/PRINCE2 is a plus.

- Frontend: React.js, Next.js, Angular, Vue.js
- Backend: Node.js, NestJS, Express.js, Laravel, .NET
- Mobile: Flutter, React Native
- Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase

- Project Management: Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Monday.com
