𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
· Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues
· Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues
· Research and diagnose technical problems with systems, software, and hardware
· Provide timely and accurate feedback to customers
· Collaborate with internal teams for issue escalation and resolution
· Maintain accurate records and report on issue resolution
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
· Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
· 0-6 months of experience in enterprise IT support or technical roles
· Strong problem-solving and communication skills
· Ability to document technical processes and solutions
𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬:
· Monday to Friday (11 AM to 8 PM)
· Saturday (Work from Home)
