Next Generation Technology Solutions (NGTSOL) is looking for a proactive and technically skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team!
🔹 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Provide remote technical support to international clients.
- Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Google Workspace.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and password-related issues.
- Resolve technical incidents while ensuring SLA compliance.
- Maintain accurate support tickets, documentation, and knowledgebase articles.
🔹 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a 24/7 support environment.
- Microsoft, Cisco, Linux, or related certifications are a plus.
