H-Tech Supports is hiring a 𝑻𝒆𝒄𝒉𝒏𝒊𝒄𝒂𝒍 𝑺𝒖𝒑𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕 𝑬𝒏𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒆𝒆𝒓 (𝑳1) in Lahore (Gulberg).
💡 𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒀𝒐𝒖’𝒍𝒍 𝑫𝒐:
· Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues
· Research and diagnose problems with systems, software, and hardware
· Provide timely and accurate feedback to customers
· Collaborate with internal teams for escalation and resolution
· Maintain accurate records and reports of issue resolution
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
· 0–6 months of experience in IT support or technical roles (fresh graduates welcome!)
· CCNA certification or course completion will be considered a strong plus
· Strong problem-solving and communication skills
· Ability to document technical processes and solutions

· Monday to Friday (11 AM – 8 PM)
· Saturday (Work from Home)
