Responsibilities:

 

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their social media goals and objectives.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to meet the client's specific needs.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
  • Schedule and publish posts on clients' social media accounts while ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Monitor clients' social media channels, respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly, and engage with their online community to build brand loyalty and foster positive relationships.
  • Analyze social media performance data and prepare regular reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns and provide insights for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to ensure our clients' accounts are always optimized for success.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to develop visual content, such as images and videos, to complement social media posts and enhance engagement.
  • Assist in managing social media advertising campaigns to boost reach, engagement, and conversions as per clients' budgets and objectives.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify potential opportunities and stay ahead in the social media landscape.
  • Support the social media manager in various tasks and contribute to the overall success of our client's social media strategies.
