🎓 Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design (5+ years preferred)
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Strong understanding of visual design and interaction principles
Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Familiarity with Agile development environments is a plus
