✔️ Job Description:
➡️ Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
➡️ 6+ years of proven UI/UX design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
➡️ Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects across web, mobile, and digital platforms
➡️ Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision)
➡️ Solid understanding of UX research methods, usability testing, and accessibility standards
➡️ Strong visual design skills with an eye for typography, color, and layout
➡️ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
➡️ Ability to balance creativity with strategic thinking and practical execution
✔️ Preferred Skills
➡️ Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
➡️ Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective collaboration with developers
➡️ Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
➡️ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
