Job Title: UI/UX Designer
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights into wireframes and prototypes
Design user-friendly interfaces for e-commerce and customer-facing applications
Build and maintain a scalable design system for brand consistency
Work closely with product managers and developers from concept to implementation
Ensure designs are accessible, responsive, and optimized for performance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Design, HCI, CS, or related field
5–7 years of UI/UX experience with a strong portfolio (e-commerce/retail preferred)
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Knowledge of user research, prototyping, and design systems
Understanding of front-end basics (HTML, CSS) and Agile workflows
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
