𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫:
🔹 3+ years of hands-on experience designing mobile apps, web platforms, and enterprise-level applications
🔹 Strong command over UI principles, UX research, user flows, wireframing, and high-fidelity designs
🔹 Exceptional visual design sense with attention to detail
🔹 Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into user-centric solutions
🔹 Experience collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
🔹 Excellent communication and presentation skills
𝐁𝐨𝐧𝐮𝐬 𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐢𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮:
✨ Have a strong portfolio showcasing real-world problem solving
✨ Understand design systems and consistency at scale
✨ Are comfortable iterating based on feedback and data
✨ Stay updated with modern UI/UX trends and tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)
