Job Description
We're looking forward to hire Project Managers/ upsellers having experience in design, development and mobile application sales. The candidate must have knowledge about PPC generated sales framework. Females are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies and plans to achieve the company's revenue targets
- Managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations
- Coordinating cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing and customer service, to execute the project plan
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress, status, and budget to senior management
- Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues, and developing contingency plans
- Collaborating with the sales team to understand customer needs and ensure the project meets those needs
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field
- 2 year plus of experience in project management, ideally in a PPC generated design and development sales.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and techniques.
- Flexibility to working in night shift.
