Career Mint is looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder to manage client acquisition through the Upwork platform. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Upwork algorithms, proposal writing, client communication, and lead conversion strategies.
𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
• Identify relevant job opportunities on Upwork matching client services.
• Maintain and optimize Upwork profiles, JSS score, portfolio, and reviews.
• Manage client communication from initial contact to project award.
• Follow up on proposals and convert leads into projects.
• Track bids, responses, and conversion rates with weekly reporting.
• Stay updated with Upwork algorithm changes, best practices, and competitor activities.
• Achieve monthly targets for proposals, response rates, and project wins.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
• 2–3 years of experience in Upwork bidding or business development.
• Strong written English and excellent proposal writing skills.
• Deep understanding of Upwork platform, algorithms, JSS score management, and profile optimization.
• Strong communication skills for client discussions and discovery calls.
• Candidates must share their Upwork profile link and JSS score with their application.
