🔹 Requirements:
• 2–3+ years of experience in Upwork bidding/Business Development
• Strong proposal writing, negotiation & client-handling skills
• Experience with international clients and lead generation
• Proven track record in sales and client acquisition
• Excellent English communication skills
💰 Salary: PKR 70,000–120,000 + 4–5% Commission
📍 Location: Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi
💼 Full-Time | Onsite
🕐 Shift: 5 PM – 2 AM | Monday–Friday
