⏰ Shift Timings (Night Shift):
✔️ 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

✔️ Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive
✔️ Experience: 3 Months – 2 Years
🔹 What We’re Looking For
✔️ Hands-on experience with Upwork bidding & proposal writing
✔️ Ability to generate leads through Upwork
✔️ Understanding of IT services (Web, App, Game Development preferred)
✔️ Strong communication & negotiation skills
✔️ Client handling and follow-up skills
✔️ Target-driven mindset
🎯 Responsibilities
✔️ Bid on relevant Upwork projects daily
✔️ Write customized proposals
✔️ Communicate with international clients
✔️ Coordinate with technical teams
