🚀 We’re Hiring | Upwork & Lead Generation Specialist
Virylx is looking for a motivated and results-driven professional to join our growing team in Karachi.
We’re looking for someone who has hands-on experience with Upwork bidding, proposal writing, lead generation, and client outreach and knows how to identify the right opportunities and turn them into potential clients.
🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork
• Write and submit customized, high-quality Upwork proposals
• Manage Upwork Connects and bidding activities effectively
• Research potential clients and understand their business requirements
• Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and other platforms
• Build prospect lists and identify decision-makers
• Initiate conversations and conduct consistent follow-ups
• Track leads, proposals, responses, and client interactions
• Qualify prospects and identify genuine business opportunities
• Coordinate with the sales and delivery teams to move qualified leads forward
• Work toward monthly lead generation, proposal, and client acquisition targets
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• Proven experience in Upwork bidding and proposal writing
• Experience in B2B lead generation and client outreach
• Strong understanding of Upwork jobs, Connects, profiles, and proposals
• Experience with LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns
• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Strong research and prospecting abilities
• Ability to write personalized proposals that address client requirements
• Familiarity with CRM and lead-tracking tools
• Target-oriented, proactive, and consistent with follow-ups
• Experience in digital marketing, web development, or IT services is a plus
