What You'll Do:
• Edit short-form videos for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Clean cuts, add captions, music, and simple transitions
• Create multiple video variations daily for testing
• Work on real live projects with direct feedback
Tools:
• CapCut
• Adobe Premiere Pro
What They're Looking For:
• Fresh graduates or beginners with basic editing experience
• Comfortable with CapCut and/or Premiere Pro
• Good understanding of short-form content
• Ability to follow references and instructions
• Serious about learning, consistency, and fast growth
