Strong hands-on experience with HTML and CSS
Solid PHP development skills
Proven experience with Next.js (and React, which it's built on)
Experience with site health management diagnosing and fixing technical issues, performance monitoring, and general upkeep
Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
