About the Role

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Web Developer & Designer with strong knowledge of SEO and PPC strategies.

This role combines web design, development, and digital marketing expertise to create user-friendly, optimized, and visually appealing websites that drive both engagement and conversions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in front-end and back-end development and be comfortable collaborating with the marketing team to enhance online visibility and traffic performance through both organic and paid search strategies.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Design and develop responsive, mobile-friendly websites for an excellent user experience
✅ Work with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, APIs, and PHP for backend development
✅ Build and maintain engaging websites using CMS platforms (especially WordPress)
✅ Utilize debugging tools such as Chrome Inspector and Firebug
✅ Manage version control tools like Git, Mercurial, or SVN
✅ Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices
✅ Conduct SEO audits, improve rankings, and optimize site structure and meta data
✅ Assist in PPC campaign setup and optimization to maximize ROI
✅ Develop high-converting landing pages and content for paid campaigns

🔹 Qualifications

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
💼 Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven experience in web design and development with a strong portfolio of responsive websites

🔹 Technical Skills

🧩 Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and WordPress
🔍 Working knowledge of SEO principles and SEO tools
📈 Understanding of PPC campaigns and landing page optimization
