Responsibilities:
Managing & leading team of WordPress developers.
Training and keeping team up to date.
Finding solutions in WordPress.
Resolving system level and core errors, conflicts & bugs.
Plugin & Theme development and helping team to do so.
Checking if team is developing website with right standards.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
Must have experience leading teams’ exposure to solution consulting.
Minimum 4 years of experience in WordPress.
Must have experience of handling a team of WordPress developers.
Should be capable of critical thinking coining WordPress solutions on the fly.
Good communication team management skills.
On hands experience in Core PHP.
Must have developed WordPress plugins & themes.
Proficient in WooCommerce, WooCommerce based extensions, Payment Gateways and WooCommerce Customization.
Strong knowledge of Elementor Builder, Visual Composer, Divi Builder and their Addons.
Knowledge of implementing Multisite, WPML, Paid Membership Pro, Learn Press
API Integration, JSON, JQuery, Javascript.
Having experience of WordPress REST API.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
