Core Requirements:
- WordPress design and development experience with builders such as Elemetor and Divi
- WordPress plugin design and development
- Non-WordPress webdev basics (HTML, CSS, JS, PHP)
- Website migrations, redirects, and staging
- WordPress website speed optimization
Job Duties:
- Design and develop websites for small and medium businesses using Divi and Elementor
- Design and develop custom plugins (basic ones like calculators, weather updates, CTAs, etc)
- Migrate websites, perform redirects for SEO and migration purposes
- Improve Website Speed (mobile and desktop) with and without plugins
