Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Forms.
Integrate and customize Zoho services to meet specific business needs.
Work on data analysis, reporting, and automation within Zoho platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Zoho applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functionality of Zoho systems.
Requirements:
Proven experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Forms, and other Zoho products.
Strong knowledge of API integrations, workflows, and automation in Zoho.
Good understanding of databases and data management.
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
