We’re looking for a hands-on AI Engineer who can bridge the gap between technology and business. This is not just a coding role, you’ll work closely with developers and business teams (finance, operations, leadership) to identify where AI can create real impact.
💡𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐨:
Build and integrate AI solutions into products and internal tools
Work with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and modern AI frameworks
Prototype and scale AI-driven features
Act as an internal AI consultant across teams
Train and guide teams to adopt AI effectively
✅ 𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫:
2–3 years of experience in AI / ML / Software Engineering
Strong Python skills + hands-on experience with LLMs & APIs
Understanding of prompt engineering, RAG, or AI workflows
Ability to translate business problems into AI solutions
